14. 🚫 No Amnesty for Crimes
War crimes, crimes against humanity, and the crime of aggression cannot be negotiated, softened, or traded in any political process.
In the new architecture of peace, there is no place for amnesty for those who tortured, killed, abducted, or committed acts of genocide against Ukraine.
This point was born from grief — from cellars, basements, testimonies of survivors, and the silence of those who will never return. Amnesty for such crimes always enables the next wave of violence. That is why this point stands as an ethical and legal stop-line: a boundary that no negotiation has the right to cross.
In the future legal system, this principle becomes an unbreakable framework of accountability: international tribunals, national courts, documentation, prosecution, and long-term mechanisms of justice. It rebuilds trust, dismantles impunity, and forms a foundation of real security. Amnesty for perpetrators is not just immoral — it is strategically unsafe.
Symbolically, 🚫 is the red, immutable sign — a flash of light cutting through darkness. A law etched into space, where no shadows remain for those who destroyed lives. In the new reality, justice is not revenge — it is the restoration of order, dignity, and truth.
