6. ☢️ Nuclear-Free Status and International Control
Ukraine’s nuclear-free status must not mean vulnerability — it must be supported by the strongest system of international guarantees and strict control over all nuclear capabilities in the region.
We gave up nuclear weapons in exchange for guarantees the world failed to uphold. The new architecture must be different. Ukraine remains non-nuclear only within a system where Russia’s nuclear threat is neutralised, monitored and legally blocked. This is a foundational element of restored trust in Europe.
In the new system, this point means international oversight over all Russian nuclear facilities, inspections, material audits, demilitarisation of launch sites, and strict limitations on the expansion or modernisation of Russia’s nuclear arsenal. Ukraine preserves its non-nuclear status while receiving maximum protection through verification, partner involvement, and legally enforced control that makes nuclear blackmail impossible.
Artistically, the symbol becomes a transparent sphere with a blocked nuclear sign in the centre, encircled by rings of light. It pulses like a heart of the security architecture — intact, protected. Control becomes not oppression but a promise of life. A new reality forms wherever nuclear darkness can no longer overshadow peace.
An internationally established mechanism to control Russia’s nuclear potential and provide Ukraine with guarantees that ensure non-nuclear status without vulnerability or nuclear blackmail.
