No concessions to the aggressor. No “grey zones.” No “special statuses.”
Ukraine establishes a legal foundation that makes any territorial compromises impossible — now and in the future.
What this point provides
Constitutional prohibition on changing borders under pressure or as a result of aggression.
Prohibition of any international agreements containing territorial conditions or “freezing formulas.”
Rejection of any format that trades territory for “peace.”
Protection of sovereignty through law, not political bargaining.
Why it matters
It destroys Russia’s main instrument of blackmail.
Protects future generations from repeated aggression.
Sets a global precedent: occupation never results in political gain.
Blocks all attempts to impose “special formulas” or “transitional statuses” on Ukraine.
