Who is this?
Gazprom and Rosneft are state-controlled energy giants of the Russian Federation, formally presented as commercial corporations but in reality embedded within the Kremlin’s military and geopolitical architecture. They function as a financial artery supplying aggression with currency, leverage infrastructure and corruptive flows. Through them, energy is transformed into a weapon, and profit into a shadow war budget.
