The Right to Learn to Fly

They are not a threat. They are still learning.

A young bird flaps its wings awkwardly, unsure of height or direction. It doesn’t yet know the wind. But instinct drives it upward. This is a sacred moment — not for interruption, not for war.

There are beings in nature still learning. They are not enemies. They are not targets.

We declare this right: to learn to fly in peace. Without fear of being struck down.

Even the clumsiest attempt to rise must be protected — for one day it becomes flight.
