You cannot build new agreements while the old criminal network remains alive.
This symbol represents the irreversible cutting of the channels that feed and sustain a criminal system. It is not only about breaking political or economic ties, but about the complete physical and legal dismantling of the infrastructure that enables the regime’s existence. As long as the arteries of supply, finance, and propaganda remain intact, the center continues to control the periphery — and no “new” agreements will be genuine.
This is not “checklist sanctions” or symbolic restrictions. This is an act that severs the lines of connection in such a way that they cannot be restored without a massive rebuild. In this network, there are no nodes that can be “saved for later” — each one works to reproduce the old power.
A severed network is the moment when the center loses the ability to govern, and the periphery gains the freedom to act. It is the point of no return, where any attempt to restore old links is seen as a direct act of aggression. Only in this way can space for genuine, not decorative, change be created.
