De-occupation is not only about reclaiming land; it is about restoring life, rights, and the human bond with Ukraine that was violently severed.
Occupation does not destroy the soil — it wounds the human right to home, language, freedom, and future. This point arises from a simple truth: regaining territory is only the first step; restoring people is the real mission. De-occupation is an act of dignity and justice.
In the future system, reintegration is not a mechanical “return.” It is a structural transition involving security, justice, infrastructure, psychological support, economic renewal, and rebuilding trust. Communities, international partners, legal bodies, and cultural institutions are all part of this transformation. It ensures that no trace of Russian occupation structures remains.
Artistically, the key becomes a symbol of reclaiming the lock that was taken away. It doesn’t just open a door — it opens space. It enters the lock of a Ukrainian-style house where colours, ornaments, and voices return. The courtyard breathes again; life steps over the threshold. De-occupation is the moment when doors, long separated from their rightful owners, finally open into the new reality.
Full de-occupation of all Ukrainian territories and internationally supported reintegration with complete dismantling of occupation structures and restoration of Ukrainian law and governance.
