Ukrainian identity is an inviolable foundation of the state, the nation, and future security.
Ukraine’s cultural foundation must be protected legally, diplomatically, and educationally — as a system ensuring national resilience after the war.
The war has struck not only cities and infrastructure but the very fabric of Ukrainian culture: language, memory, traditions, and history. This point arises as a fundamental pillar — because without it, there is no reconstruction, no lasting peace, and no restored justice. Protecting identity means protecting the living core of the nation.
