Sometimes we see something and immediately want to explain it.

Find a reason. Draw a conclusion. Come up with an answer.

But not every thought needs an immediate answer.

We can simply pause for a moment and look a little closer.

We can allow ourselves not to know — yet.

Sometimes understanding comes not when we search for an explanation, but when we stop rushing to invent one.
