Fix an unusual problem with the ignition lock.

Work:

The ignition lock itself was working properly, but a previous repair had left a problem with the retaining pin.

The previous technician enlarged the hole and installed the old pin, which eventually fell out.

This time, a properly sized piece of drill bit was used as a practical replacement. It is now firmly secured in place.
