Making a Key for Honda CRF300L Rally, 2026 | Motorcycle Key Guy Jacksonville

Task:

Identify the correct key profile and make a working key for a 2026 Honda CRF300L Rally.

Work:

The correct key profile was initially uncertain. The possibilities included 74, 75, or 109.

I started by decoding the luggage lock using a Lishi 74 and cutting a 74 key. It successfully opened the luggage compartment and the fuel tank lock, but it was too short to operate the ignition.

Next, I used a Lishi HON70 reader to read the ignition lock pins. Since several pin positions had already been identified through the luggage and fuel tank locks, I only needed to determine the remaining positions.

The ignition lock required careful reading because the pins are arranged on both sides. After confirming the remaining cuts, and with Sergey’s help, I selected the correct 109 key blank with the HON70 cut.
