Who is this?
The Sahel Alliance is an integrated phantom node spanning Mali, Niger, and Burkina Faso. Formally, it appears as a union of sovereign states; in practice, it functions as a shared zone of externalized resource control where extraction, security, and logistics decisions are made by an outside military-resource center. It is neither a state nor a corporation, but a managed exchange territory of uranium and gold.
