This project is a philosophical and artistic study of the phenomenon of "phantom nodes" — invisible yet influential objects and subjects in the contemporary global system. The descriptions contained within this study are metaphorical and allegorical, aimed at uncovering systemic problems, regimes, and civilisational influences. They are not a journalistic investigation or legal accusations, but serve as an artistic interpretation of reality.
Names are included because they appear in open international sources.

Mode: Global Proxy Aggression
🕳️ Released Phantom Node 82: Quds Force and Proxy Quds Force. The Main Exporter.
The executive node of the network — turning manufactured weapons and funds into proxy-enabled aggression.
Who is this?
The Quds Force — the IRGC’s elite expeditionary arm — operating together with a web of proxy organizations, acts as the direct exporter of weapons, technical know-how, personnel and doctrine to conflict zones. It coordinates supply, training and operational employment.
Type of node:
Military-operational / exporter.
Status:
Executive apparatus — state-backed, clandestine, operational.
Form of control:
Top-level orders, secret logistics, proxy networks, covert financing, and the use of civilian channels to obscure military transfers.
Phantom image:
Two shadowed figures in uniform loading unmarked wooden crates stamped with faint rocket and drone schematics into a civilian aircraft or merchant vessel; the scene set in a gloomy hangar or port.
What remains after the phantom:
A machine of covert contracts, routings, training and hidden finance — an institutional proliferation engine.
Core of the node:
What sustained it?
State sponsorship, access to domestic production capacities (nodes 74/79), integration with financial and transit buffers (nodes 77/83), proxy networks with local footholds, and illicit revenue streams.
How did it become a phantom?
The shift from overt military supply chains to multi-layered clandestine operations — leveraging civilian platforms and proxy actors to mask intent and origin.
Why does the phantom still exist?
Strategic state objectives, plausible deniability via proxies, economic and political incentives in transit networks, and gaps in international interdiction.
Phantom’s condition:
Active, operationally mobile, distributed.
After the regime:
Disruption of key trafficking routes.
Sanctions and criminal cases against logistics and financing nodes.
Disruption of proxy networks and funding sources.
International export-control and investigative measures.
Collective reaction:
Stop the externalization of violence through proxies — for civilians’ safety and accountability. Demand verifiable oversight.
Core principle:
Exporting doctrine through proxies multiplies harm — secrecy is not immunity.
Alt-text:
Graphite drawing: two figures in military dress in a dark hangar load unmarked crates marked with rocket/drone schematics onto a civilian aircraft or merchant ship; background: port or hangar.

🫧 Phantom Node Dossier 82: The Chief Exporter: Quds Force and Proxies. The "Global Proxy Aggression" Regime.
Key Aspects of the Phantom:
"The Global Proxy Aggression Regime" (or "Export of the Revolution"). The essence of this node is the utilization and coordination of the Quds Force (QF)—the elite unit of the IRGC—as the chief exporter of weapons, ammunition, technology, and military personnel to proxy forces worldwide (Hezbollah, Houthis, Hamas, and also Russia). QF physically ensures proliferation (unlike IRISL/Node 83, which is logistics only), undermining the sovereignty of other states and sponsoring international terrorism.
Regimes (which it directly shapes/supports):
⚔️ Regime of the "Proxy Network": QF establishes, finances (via Node 77), and trains regional non-state armed groups, using them to wage indirect warfare against Israel, Saudi Arabia, and other opponents, ensuring Iran plausible deniability.
🚢 Regime of "Smuggling Routes": Establishing and maintaining complex, clandestine routes (air, sea, land) to move weapons (UAVs, missiles, production technology) from Iran to conflict zones, often utilizing civil logistics (Node 83).
🧠 Regime of "Doctrinal Training": Providing advanced military training and ideological indoctrination to proxy groups based within IRGC/QF, turning them into effective instruments of Iranian foreign policy.
💣 Regime of "Terrorist Export": QF directly manages operations abroad targeting Iranian dissidents, opponents, and Western interests, strengthening the global terrorist apparatus.
Tools (which it actively uses/oversees):
✈️ Civil Airlines: Using passenger and cargo flights (often controlled by the IRGC) to transport sensitive weapon components, personnel, and finances under the guise of normal commercial traffic.
🧱 Proxy Groups (Proxies): A network of entities that are the end-users of proliferating weapons (Shahed/UAVs), providing logistical cover for Iran.
⚓ IRISL Ships (Node 83): Direct use of the state shipping company as the logistical arm for transporting large volumes of weapons and materials through ports (e.g., Bandar Abbas, Latakia).
💵 Non-State Funding Network: Additional off-the-books financing channels (distinct from Bank Sepah/Node 77) based on fundraising, narcotics trafficking, and other illicit sources to support proxies.
Civilizational Influences (which it embodies/exploits):
🛑 Sponsorship of International Terrorism: QF is the key state sponsor of terrorist acts, directly fueling conflicts across the Middle East and beyond.
⚖️ Crimes Against Humanity: Direct involvement in the development and supply of weapons (drones and missiles) used for indiscriminate attacks on civilian populations.
🌍 Global Military Proliferation: The mass transfer of military technology (e.g., UAVs to Russia), drastically raising the security threat in other regions.
🛡️ Undermining State Sovereignty: The systematic weakening of the sovereignty of regional countries (Lebanon, Yemen, Iraq) by creating and arming parallel armed structures.
