Description

Mercy

I could have turned away. But I stayed.

Mercy is not weakness. It is the strength to stay when you see someone else’s pain.

It is a conscious act of the heart, free from judgment or superiority.

You could have judged.

You could have walked away.

But instead, you stayed.

And simply extended your hand.

Two figures appear:

— One, bowed or kneeling — vulnerable, open.

— The other, standing nearby — calm, present, offering no pity, no power.

Between them, no dominance — only a gesture.

A gesture in which mercy reveals itself not as charity, but as shared humanity.

The color palette glows with golden and lavender hues.

The whole space is wrapped in warmth and silence.

At the center, a moment of giving — maybe a flower, maybe light.

But the essence is not in what is offered — it is in the choice:

to remain with the one who is bowed,

and ask nothing in return.

Alt-text:

Two feminine figures in soft golden-lavender light. One kneels or bows, the other stands beside her, gently reaching out a hand. Between them glows a radiant sprout. The scene is bathed in warmth, stillness, and quiet dignity.
