Support from Above
He didn’t do it for me.
He taught me — how to do it myself.
My father never said he was an Eagle.
But I saw it: he watched from above,
examining details,
noticing what couldn’t be seen from the ground.
When I showed him my drafts —
he spotted mistakes that shouldn’t have been there.
He knew: the work was copied.
And calmly said:
“Better a little, but your own.”
Since then, I don’t rely on other people’s work.
Not out of pride —
but because I don’t want to repeat their mistakes.
He taught me how to see.
He reviewed, asked, guided.
And to this day —
he sees from above,
checks my blueprints,
and supports every step I take.
🦅🦅
He simply is.
And I — fly.
Alt-text
Two bald eagles sit at a table against a soft, light-toned background. One holds a magnifying glass in its wing and closely examines a blueprint shown by the other eagle. The image symbolizes fatherly support, mentorship, and a deep respect for independence.
