The mental health of defenders is the foundation of a resilient state.

Ukraine guarantees systemic, continuous, and dignified support for veterans as a core condition for national recovery.

When the war ends, a new reality begins — the reality of returning. Returning not only territories, but people. Returning the body, the mind, the memory. This is where the intention of this point emerges: the state must meet every veteran not with a wall of bureaucracy but with an extended hand of support. Because victory is not only the front; it is the ability to restore those who endured it.

In the future system, this point means a completely new mental health infrastructure: national and private therapy centres, reintegration programs, training of thousands of specialists, online support platforms, family assistance systems, and international partnerships. It transforms structures — from fragmented help to a unified architecture of care. It involves the state, communities, veterans, families, universities, tech companies, and global institutions.

In the artistic layer, this point becomes a space of quiet that receives pain. A place where memory no longer consumes the person but becomes their strength.
